• In case of cancellation the amount paid will be refunded only if the cancellation is made:
– up to 30 days before the date of arrival (for short stays: i.e. up to 3 weeks)
– up to 60 days before the date of arrival (for long stays, i.e. 4 weeks or longer)

• Even if the cancellation is made according to the above listed terms and conditions, 5% of the total amount will be withheld for administration fees.

• In case our guests decide to leave earlier, they will be charged the entire amount of the booking, unless we are informed about the change:
– up to 30 days before the new departure date (in case of short stays: i.e. 3 weeks or more)
– up to 60 days before the new departure date (in case of long stays: i.e. 4 weeks or more)

• Please note that we will only accept cancellations via email at info@tenerife-booking.es where you will have to state your Booking ID, your personal details, the length of your stay and the type of apartment.

When confirming your booking, on the page where you are asked to insert your personal details and choose the method of payment, you must tick the security deposit box, which will charge you an extra 300,00 €. This deposit will be returned within 72 hours from the day of departure after confirming that no damage has been done to the apartment.

 

– It is strictly forbidden to smoke in any area of the building and apartments, except for the balconies in each apartment.
– No pets allowed
– No parties or loud music or any inappropriate behaviour, which might disturb other tenants.
– It is strictly forbidden to hang out washing or towels on the balconies or windows.
– The maximum permitted number of guests for each apartment is 4 adults+2 children for the Comfort Suite and 6 adults for the Family Suite.
